The hierarchy of artists -- who's listed, who's not -- is intriguing, even if some of it might have been dictated by the dimensions of the advertisement. I can't tell exactly how much the tickets cost, but I am sure it was a substantial amount of money in 1939 dollars. What a way to celebrate Christmas!
